Adam

New Business Lead and Operations Manager

I started working for Pure Orthodontics in September 2016 and, after only a brief time in the orthodontics business, I have come to believe that the confidence someone can get from a perfect smile is second-to-none. Having personally never had any kind of orthodontic work, I never knew the benefit it could truly have.

My background is in retail management where I spent 10 years developing myself into a well-rounded and adaptable leader. In my role as new business lead and operations manager, I am striving to bring new patients to the practice through different channels as well as supporting the practice with back of house operations.

In my spare time I love to travel with my fiancée and spend time with friends and family.

Marketing Manager

After graduating from Portsmouth University with a degree in Psychology, I began my career in medical sales, working for a number of large international pharmaceutical companies. I then progressed into marketing as a brand manager for pharmaceutical brands in women’s health and cardiovascular diseases.

My next move was to the agency side where I worked for a top London advertising agency (which created Alexander Orlov and the ‘Compare the meerkat’ adverts). While working here I helped set up a healthcare arm to the agency and won a number of healthcare accounts, which I provided strategic direction and senior level account management for.

I joined Pure Orthodontics as the Marketing Manager in September 2014. I help set the marketing plan and execute the marketing activities necessary to help drive patients to the practice. Part of my role is to help build the network and relationships Pure Orthodontics has with the local dental community.

Outside of work I’m kept busy by my two-year-old boy and a slightly crazy cockapoo dog.

Dr Monica Reinach

Specialist Orthodontist GDC: 242607

B.CH.D (US), M.Dent (Ortho)(MEDUNSA), M. Orth(RCS.Edinburgh)
GDC Number: 72883

Monica qualified as a dentist in South Africa where she was born and raised. She then pursued further postgraduate study required to specialise in orthodontics, the branch of dentistry which focuses on correcting the alignment of a patient's teeth and jaws. Monica obtained degrees in both South Africa and the UK and was the third member of her family to qualify as an orthodontist, following her father and older brother.

After moving to the UK in 1999, Monica worked in Scotland for 18 months before moving to Bishop’s Stortford, where she has been working since 2001. During this time she worked mainly for the NHS using various specialist techniques, including Damon Clear braces. Emphasis has since changed and most patients now tend to opt for Invisalign or lingual braces.

A leader in invisible treatment options

Monica is recognised as a specialist Diamond Invisalign provider. Diamond Invisalign status means she treats more than 150 patients each year with this treatment method. This has contributed to Pure Orthodontics being recognised as one of the top 50 Invisalign providers in the whole of Europe.

Monica is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She is also a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists and a Certified Fusion Lingual System Practitioner.

Achieving great results

Monica’s dedication to orthodontics is evident in her continuous training and development she ensures all her staff undergo, herself included. She is constantly seeking ways to make her patients’ orthodontic journeys quicker, easier and more effective. Monica designs and oversees all of the bespoke treatment plans for our patients, ensuring we not only meet the needs of every patient, but exceed expectations with amazing results.

In her spare time Monica loves spending time with her English Bulldogs and, as a qualified pilot, enjoys flying and spending time abroad with her husband of 17 years, Bennett.
