Monica qualified as a Dentist in South Africa where she was born and raised. She then specialised in Orthodontics obtaining degrees in both South Africa and the UK. She was the third in her family to qualify as an orthodontist following her father and older brother.
After moving to the UK in 1999 she worked in Scotland for a year and a half before moving to Bishop's Stortford, where she has been working since 2001. Monica is registered with the General Dental Council, and she is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Monica has helped thousands of patients to achieve their perfect smile and this experience is what enables Monica to achieve extraordinary results for each and every patient. Monica's dedication to her industry is evident in the continuous training and development she ensures all her staff including herself undergo. Monica is constantly seeking ways to make patients orthodontic journeys quicker, easier and more effective.
In her spare time Monica loves spending time with Bella, Josie, Wellington and Napoleon her four English Bulldogs, and as a qualified pilot enjoys flying and spending time abroad with her husband of 13 years Bennett.

As Practice Manager I divide my time between the roles of Dental Nurse and
Treatment Co-ordinator for this great orthodontic practice. I have worked alongside Dr. Reinach since the first day the surgery opened. Monica has trained and guided me at all times and I learn something new every day. The new technology and splendid, modern decor makes it an absolute pleasure to work in. It has been great to see patients from the beginning of their treatment and take the journey along with them to see their beautiful smiles and raised self esteem.
I have been married to Ian for 26 years and have two grown up children. My daughter recently completed her own orthodontic treatment with Pure and is overjoyed with the results - I would recommend it to anyone!

I came to the practice first as a patient; I loved it so much that when I saw the job advertised, I applied and am very lucky and excited to have been accepted as part of such a great team. I am an all rounder, on patient days you will find me in the surgery or at the reception and on non patient days I am working on ensuring Pure is always maintaining its high standards.
Out of work I spend most of my time with friends and family, I love to go to gym classes often with my Pure colleagues and occasionally indulge in my favourite hobby... shoes (as most girls do). I can't wait to see what the future holds here at Pure.

I have been a Dental nurse for over a year; and I’m delighted to now be working at Pure Orthodontics. For me the best part of orthodontic work is seeing the patient’s treatment from start to finish and seeing them achieve the smile they have always wanted. I divide my time between working alongside Dr Reinach and working on the reception. I am enjoying being able to develop my skills at such a great practice and being given the chance to be involved in every aspect of surgery life and work alongside a highly trained orthodontist..
Out of work I like to spend time with my friends and family and love doing the things that most girls do such as shopping. I look forward to developing my skills and career with Pure Orthodontics.

Having had braces as a child I have had firsthand experience of what it feels like to be an orthodontic patient. Working with Pure Orthodontics is a new industry for me and I am very excited about my training both in surgery and at college and the future prospects this job holds. I thrive in an environment where patient care is paramount and love spending time getting to know our patients to ensure that they are all 100% satisfied with the treatment they are receiving.
As well as training to be a Dental Nurse I also enjoy painting, attending Zumba classes and spending time with my friends, family and my two cockatiels.

I am the Marketing manager for Pure Orthodontics and frankly my job is easy as the practice’s excellent reputation and satisfied customers do a large part of my job for me.
One of the attributes that Pure prides itself on is its welcoming environment and personal touch and I can vouch for this standard as every member of the team has made me feel at home since joining the team and I am really looking forward to the challenge that the future brings.
On a personal note I have recently begun patient journey with Pure as I now have Damon Clear braces. I am an extremely nervous patient and have put off the treatment for years but having spoken with Monica and the team at length I am now really excited to be working towards my perfect smile.
