At Pure Orthodontics, all our treatments are suitable for both adults and children and are clinically proven to get the best results.

Invisalign

At Pure Orthodontics, we are the UK's top provider of Invisalign and the 14th leading provider in Europe. Invisalign straightens teeth using a series of virtually invisible, clear plastic aligners. Unlike fixed braces they are removable and are custom-made to sit over your top and bottom teeth. Simply replace them every week as you progress through your treatment. They're comfortable, easy to wear and discreet. To enhance the results we can achieve with Invisalign, we use Dental Monitoring. This advanced orthodontic system enables us to monitor your treatment remotely, via an app on your smartphone. All you need to do is post photos of your teeth to the app and we can assess how your teeth are progressing as per your customised treatment plan. This makes it easy to manage your treatment, reduces the number of appointments you need to come to our clinic for, and ensures good teeth health throughout your treatment.

Clear braces

Clear braces resemble traditional braces but use high-tech wires and clear, tooth-coloured brackets to give you a more discreet treatment solution. The key component of the highly efficient orthodontic system is the tie-less, self-ligating brackets. Instead of using elastic bands to help apply pressure to your teeth, as is the case with traditional braces, self-ligating braces can be programmed so the archwire knows how much pressure to apply to the teeth to straighten them. It's a more efficient treatment system and produces a broader, more natural smile.

Hidden braces

Hidden braces, also known as lingual braces, are a great example of modern orthodontic technology. They offer one of the most discreet ways to straighten your teeth, providing the perfect cosmetic alternative to conventional braces. These braces consist of small brackets and wires which are expertly fitted to the inside surface of your teeth. Because the braces sit next to your tongue, no one can see them. At Pure Orthodontics we use the Fusion lingual system which we believe gets the best results for our patients. Dr Reinach is a Certified Fusion Lingual System Practitioner and has a lot of experience treating patients with this orthodontic method.

Retainers

Teeth have a natural tendency to move once your braces or other orthodontic appliance have been removed. This is known as 'orthodontic relapse' and is the last thing you - or we - want. Retainers, which come in two forms - fixed and removable - prevent this movement from happening and ensure your teeth look as good in years to come as they do on the day your braces are removed. A retention programme is individually tailored for each patient and includes a fixed bonded lingual wire and removable retainers.
