Your first appointment
When you first come to see us at Pure Orthodontics, we’ll sit down with you to discuss what you would like to achieve from orthodontic treatment. This is part of the initial free appointment available to all patients. Once we have an understanding of this, we'll take a look at your teeth so we can recommend the best course of treatment for you. This will be your orthodontic assessment.
Various elements are taken into consideration when we design your new smile, so during your first visit to Pure we examine your teeth and take digital photo records. These are viewed by our specialist orthodontist, Dr Monica Reinach, so she can then recommend the best course(s) of treatment for you.
One of our Treatment Coordinators will then take you through the treatment options Dr Reinach has recommended for you and cover other details such as cost and finance options. During this time, please feel free to ask any questions you have about orthodontics. The purpose of this first appointment is to give you all the information you need to make a decision on whether or not you’d like to proceed with treatment.
Prior to starting orthodontic treatment, you will have a clinical assessment to ensure the treatment you have selected is suitable for your needs. This will involve taking full records of the position of your teeth, including 3D digital scans/impressions and x-rays, which Dr Reinach will use to create a detailed treatment plan bespoke for you.
We are truly proud to offer our patients access to first-class technology and advanced treatment options. We combine that with the expertise of a bespoke treatment plan crafted by Dr Reinach which will deliver expert correction to tooth position, broader smiles and improved profiles allowing us to help you achieve the smile you have been waiting for. The decision is then yours as to whether you'd like to proceed with treatment.
